Farm to Plate Dinner

We are excited to announce a great event for you and your family to attend!  You are cordially welcomed to Farm to Plate, an exquisite outdoor dining experience at Arrowhead Orchard on Friday, September 9, 2016.  The collaboration of OSU Extension Stark County, Stark County Farm Bureau and Stark Soil and Water Conservation District team up to provide an event guaranteed to be a feast for all of your senses.  The menu of the meal offers 6 mouthwatering courses, purposefully designed to highlight the prominent connection between agriculture and gastronomy.  Our chef will elaborate how the ingredients have been locally sourced and inspired.  A silent auction will also be conducted with unique Stark County items from local businesses.

Gathering and hors d’oeuvres begin at 5:30 pm and Dinner at 7 pm.

Arriving guests will be welcomed to the orchard and directed to the greeting area where they can begin a leisurely tour of the orchard and farm. Relaxing with a glass of wine and hors d’oeuvres, while listening to music is encouraged before moving to your elegant dinner table for a gourmet meal.  Wines are paired with each of the six courses.

Tickets are $100 per person and $750 per table of eight.  Your generous support of this program is greatly obliged and appreciated.  Funding raised will provide continuation of Agriculture Education into the Stark County schools.
